摘要:
In this talk, the design, modeling, and simulation of on acoustics (vibration and noise, ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and structural health monitoring) and medical devices (vascular stents) is briefed. It is demonstrated that simulation is an important tool for device development. The latter segment of the talk delves into a specialized exploration of ultrasonic waves. Specifically, it delves into the unique attributes of two distinctive ultrasonic wave types: the high-order-mode-cluster (HOMC) and the zero-group-velocity (ZGV) waves. Emphasis is placed on their exceptional utility in detecting defects.
Concluding the presentation, attention shifts to the synergistic integration of machine learning techniques within the characterization of surface defects through the utilization of ultrasonic Rayleigh waves. This discourse highlights the evolving landscape where innovative technologies intersect with traditional methods, promising enhanced capabilities in flaw detection and device assessment.
